First Coalition Meeting Gives The Start Signal
Amid tense days particularly after Suruç massacre, along with the ISIL-led and PKK-led attacks, the coalition talks gave start on July 24 at 14.10 Turkish time. In the frame of the agreement between the Justice and Development Part (AKP) and Republican People's Party (CHP), inter-committee meetings started, gathering Vice Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş, Minister of Culture and Tourism Ömer Çelik, Minister of Develoopment Cevdet Yılmaz, along with deputies Taha Özhan and Osman Can, on behalf of the AKP side.
